The Cosmo Peel Forte is an
advanced TCA peel containing 10% Phenol, 20% TCA (Trichloroacetic acid) & 10% Glycolic acid. The TCA works to
coagulate the skin proteins and
accelerate skin renewal whilst the Phenol works to

What can I expect?
Your skin will be examined and a history of your skin issues including your skin type will be taken into consideration. Based on this information the correct peel for your skin will be chosen.
Before you begin your TCA peel you will need to use the Dermacetic 21 Day Prep Kit (containing a cleanser, Vitamin C, retinol and hydrating SPF). This helps to prepare your skin for the strong acids and aids in reducing downtime.
First, your skin will be cleansed and degreased, then the peel will be applied. Occasionally two or more layers will be used. After the treatment, a soothing cream will be applied to the skin to be left on for 8 hours post-treatment.

How many treatments do I need?
As the Cosmo Peel Forte is stronger than other medium depth peels, this is designed as a once-off anti-ageing treatment. Occasionally, maintenance treatments may be required but results are seen after one application.
